I picked up this bike yesterday from a local dealer in the Waterloo, ON region and rode it the 15km home. I haven't had a good mountain bike in years, and it feels great to be riding a solid bike again.
At this price point, most major manufacturers (Jamis, KHS, Norco, Kona) will generally have pretty similar bikes and componentry. Although, I am not an expert, I am very pleased with this purchase and the bike rides extremely well, and fit in perfect with my budget.
I have the black/silver model and it looks awesome!
