2007 Jamis Dakar XCR Pro

This ultralight Kinesium alloy frame with weight-optimized components (7005 Aluminum and CarbonFibre) is a pro-level x-country machine.  Fork and frame have 100mm of travel suspension.  27-speed Shimano XTR Rapidfire Plus SL shifter.  This bike is super-light at 24.25 lbs.

At $4,500 MSRP, the XCR Pro is among the lowest priced full suspension bikes with a complete XTR build kit. So while it may be a lot of money to be putting out on a bicycle, it is a great buy in its class.
