From Pfeifer Studio's website: Graphic stool table inspired by African forms, sculpted in solid Margosa.  non-toxic tropical hardwood from India, Margosa is used as a natural source to create products such as oils and medicines. The wood is dried for several months and allowed to develop natural cracks and separations. After being shaped, the tables are given a clear lacquer topcoat and finished with a natural wax for protection.
