The Aspire 8730 is an entertainment-targeted notebook computer near the top of Acer's line of consumer offerings. With an 18.4-inch, 16:9 display and weight of 9 lbs, the 8730 sacrifices portability for screen size and performance. It features a 2.40 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo processor, 4 GB of RAM, and a 320GB hard drive. The 8730 is available with either integrated graphics, or a dedicated 512MB NVIDIA chip. Other features include Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, 6-in-1 card reader, fingerprint reader, HDMI port and four USB ports. Windows Vista Home Premium arrives preloaded.
