Product Shot 1 The Pros:Wide viewing angle, can sit anywhere, makes setup easier. Works great as a monitor, everything crisp and legible. Very bright, can handle any room lighting including daylight.

Otherwise, the two monitors sport the same features and specs, namely: a 5ms response time, an NTSC analogue and ATSC/Clear QAM digital TV tuner and two integrated 5 Watt speakers.

The M230A's 5ms response time allows it to perform better with video games, sports and action movies as blurring and ghosting that typically occur on 60Hz monitors with higher response times are greatly reduced. Its NTSC analogue and ATSC/Clear QAM digital TV tuner allows the M230A to handle every type of cable signal currently used, including unscrambled digital signals. Meanwhile, the M230A's integrated 5 Watts speakers allow it to function as a standalone television right out of the box.
