Acer Travelmate 4720

Acer introduces the Travelmate 4720 as an entry model for those wanting a compact Notebook but without sacrificing performance. The processor used is Intel Core 2 Duo, with a Mobile Intel GM965 Express chipset, standard to all Intel Centrino Duo Processor Technology used by Acer. 2GB of memory are installed however with two memory card slots, 2GB of upgradable memory is easily installed. Screen size of the Travelmate 4720 is 14.1”, while the graphics card is Integrated Intel Graphics Media Accelerator X3100. Standard on most Acer Notebooks are its integrated Acer Crystal Eye webcam, along with Acer Video Conference, providing obvious convenience. This model supports many interface ports, notably a S-Video TV-Out, VGA and Four USB 2.0. The card slots are customizable, all supported by Type ll PC Card slot, and a 5-in-1 card reader. For communications, 802.11a/b/g wireless LAN and WI-FI CERTIFIED are installed. Depending on usage, Travelmate 4720 provides 3.0 hours of battery life and fully charges with power off in 2.0 hours.
