Acer TravelMate 6592 is the battleship of performance notebook within the TravelMate model line. There are a few options when putting the processor together, all of which focus on high performance, specifically the Intel Core 2 Duo Processor T7700 performing at 2.4 GHz. In each memory slot there is 2GB, put together with upgradeable memory cards there is potential for 8GB. A more sophisticated video card is offered, ATI Mobility Radeon HD X2400 XT Graphics 256 MB VRAM displayed on a 15.4” screen. Like most of the professional notebooks offered by Acer, this one is also equipped with Acer Video Conference and an Acer OrbiCam webcam. Intel Wireless Wi-Fi Link along with Bluetooth 2.0 EDR is installed for communications. With the MediaBay six cell battery, the TravelMate 6592 has a life of 5.5 hours, without, just 3.0 hours.
