The Adidas Boost is a narrow fitted running shoe with a high arch and comes in both women's and men's sizes. It has a netting-like mesh on the top of the shoe to allow breathing, but unlike other shoes the mesh does not reach all the way down to the sole of the shoe. This is an improvement as the mesh rips easily and reduces the life of the shoe. The Adidas Boost has an internal EVA midsole that cushions the feet on impact, reducing the damage done to the rest of the leg. Another feature is the adiWEAR outsole that is designed for traction. The Adidas Boost is not in the more expensive category of running shoes and there are several good deals online that bring the cost down even farther.
