"An update. Just did a couple of 12 hour flights, one during the day and the other overnight. Both times I wore the ATH-ANC7 and they worked superbly. New pro/con: If batteries run flat, active noise cancellation stops but headphones continue to operate. However, there is a reduction in sound quality. Better than nothing when the batteries die on a long flight.
