The Alfresco ALX2-30 is a top-of-the-line and very high end natural gas bbq grill. It is the smallest size model in the Alfresco ALX2 series of grills; topping off at 30" right below the 42", and 56" models. The grill is specifically designed for high class; in-home use and is modeled after Alfresco's many professional restaurant grills' being used all over the country. The Alfresco ALX2-30 jumbo grill features two high temperature main burners (steel) that produce a total of 82,500 BTUs of heat which means the entire device can preheat to over 1000 degrees Fahrenheit within minutes. Also included is a rotisserie complete with a heavy duty motor fully equipped with a single 15,000 BTU infrared burner, and a smoker equipped with a 7,000 BTU burner and wood accessory drawer. The ALX2-30 model grill is also available with an optional "Sear Zone" ceramic infrared burner (27,500 BTU). The entire ALX2-30 grill provides a maximum 542 square inches of grilling space. The ALX2-30 model grill includes additional accessories such as a fully removable warming rack, a set of integrated dual halogen work lights for visibility in the dark, and an easy to use push button ignition system with a completely sealed 9v power source so the ignition won't be damaged during cleaning.
