The Altec Lansing T612 is an upscale iPod docking station featuring a universal iPod/iPhone dock that also plays and recharges the brand-new iPhone 3G. - good sound for its size
- music pauses and resumes while / after taking a call
- can be set on a table or mounted on the wall (requires $3 mail-away mount)
- includes wireless remote control
- solid build quality
Cons
- no radio
- no video output (available on the M602)
- M602 is a better value for non-iPhone users (almost identical design for half the price)
- does not include the USB connection for iTunes syncing the M602 has
- remote control offers only basic functionality
- fixed drivers offer very little stereo separation
