I think there needs to be a new spec in operating systems- platform type. Options would be things like "full desktop" "server" "mobile" and "web-dependent".
Then, we can move this into the "mobile" category.
Good call. Keeping in mind that the line can get a little blurry. There'll definitely be some grey areas between desktop and server, and desktop and mobile, and mobile and web. Having the classifications as a spec would accommodate those issues though since an OS could be indexed under both Desktop and Server.
