Aperion Intimus 5C is a three-way center channel part of Intimus 5-series of speakers from Aperion Audio. The Intimus lineup has been redesigned for 2008, with the 5C replacing the 533-VAC in early March 2008 retailing for $350. It features a re-engineered 1" silk dome tweeter, a 4" mid-range driver, and 2 x 5 1/4" mid/woofers (one active, and one passive radiator). The manufacturer recommends a 50 - 150 Watt power rating for the amplifier. It is available in woodgrained cherry finish, or glossy piano black.
