The Archos 9 pctablet is a new and upcoming style of netbook, one without a keyboard, a self proclaimed Internet Media Tablet. The tablet netbook is a late 2009 computer, is .68 of an inch thick and 820g heavy, making it extremely slender and lightweight, almost like a normal notebook. Despite lacking a physical keyboard, the Archos 9 pctablet has a virtual keyboard which it claims is easy to use with the resistive touchscreen. It also has an optical trackpoint to help surf the net and do other mouse related functions. The processor included is an Intel ATOM Z510 processor which works well with the 60 GB of space and the late 2009 operating system release of Microsoft Windows 7. Unlike other older tablets, the Archos 9 pctablet is a full touch screen, meaning fingers can be used instead of a stylus.
