The Asics GEL-Phoenix are running shoes designed for the non-neutral runner and is available in men's and women's models. Its unique forefoot construction enhances cushioning without sacrificing comfort and fit. The GEL cushioning system attenuates shock during impact phase and toe-off phases while the SpEVA / compression molded EVA midsole gives durability and shock attenuation throughout the gait cycle. The DuoMax support system helps ensure the shoe maintains proper support for the foot during the heel strike to toe-off transition, the Trussic System links the rearfoot, forefoot and shores to the midfoot and the AHAR heel plug helps enhance durability at initial impact. The Asics GEL-Phoenix men's models are available in Black/Onyx/Storm, White/Black/Fire Red and White/Ink/Royal while women's models are available in Black/Silver/Powder, White/Navy/Powder Blue and White/Berry/Storm.
