The Cons:Still needs lots of work - shouldn't have been showed off in such a state. Few confirmed details. 2011 launch - might never see the light of day, or will in a completely different form - like many of Asus' exciting tablet netbook designs.
The Asus Eee Pad EP101TC is one of two tablet PCs (10” EP101TC, 12” EP121) released in late 2010. Designed to compete with the Apple iPad, the Eee Pad tablets rely on Windows 7 operating systems.

More specifically, the EP101TC hosts the Windows Embedded Compact 7 OS with an Intel CULV Core 2 Duo processor and a capacitive, touchscreen display. According to reviewers, the device can be used to playback audio/video content, read eBooks, browse the Internet and, with an optional keyboard, basically function like a full-fledged PC. Although details are unclear, some expected components include an integrated webcam, at least one USB port, and a 10-hour rechargeable Lithium-ion battery.
