The Cons:Poor built-in webcam - not great for darkened rooms. Built-in speakers don't produce very much volume. Mediocre battery life - around 3 hours.

The Asus K52F is a budget-friendly laptop geared toward college students. It hosts the basics needed for them to perform their work—including wireless & gigabit connectivity for staying connected anywhere, a .3MP for web conferencing, a SuperMulti drive for accessing CDs and DVDs, and a 320GB SATA HDD for storing large quantities of files and programs.

As for its core specs, they include an Intel Core i3-350M (2.26GHz) CPU, 3GB of DDR3 RAM, and a 6-cell battery. Signature is a 15.6” HD backlit LED display that can fit several windows and also process 1080p videos. Plus integrated speakers have been included, though there is a microphone jack included for a more private listening experience.
