Asus M3N-HT Deluxe/Mempipe
The Asus M3N-HT Deluxe/Mempipe is one of the most powerful M3 series boards; and includes an AM2/AM2+ socket for all 32 and 64 bit AMD processor support (Phenom, Athlon, and Sempron). It also supports 1066+MHz dual channel DDR2 ram modules up to 8GB maximum through 4 DIMM slots. The biggest feature is of course the tri-SLI support through use of the NVIDIA nForce 780a SLI chipset and 3 PCI-e Gen 2.0 ports. Another added feature is full 1080p HD support through HDMI allowing users to connect their computer to an HD enabled television; this would make for the perfect home entertainment device. The board also features Express Gate, allowing users to browse the Internet freely without logging onto Windows. Additional ports include 6 SATA2 3GB, 2 rear eSATA, 4 USB 2.0 and and extra USB connector to add in more, 2 1394a, 8 channel audio output and ATA100. The board also comes pre-installed with a GeForce 8 series onboard GPU for increased graphics functionality. The Asus M3N-HT Deluxe/Mempipe was released on September 25, 2008 and has an MSRP of around $275.
