Asus P45 Series

The Asus P45 Series motherboards are built using Intel's P45 chipset. Intel developed this chipset for mainstream and performance usage. Together with the ICH10R Southbridge, this chipset supports all the latest Intel 45nm processors. In response to this development, Asus created 6 new models in this series. The higher end model is the P5Q3 Deluxe with WiFi-AP. In the mid-range, there are the P5Q Deluxe, P5Q Premium and P5Q-E. The lower end models are the P5QC, P5QC Pro and the P5Q. Within the Asus P45 Series offerings, all the model has FSB range of 1600/1333/1066/800 MHz. The top end units come with DDR3 memory, at least 3 PCLe 2.0 x16 and CrossFireX graphics cards, with Max. Quad GPU. All models come with 8 channel high definition audio, with the higher end models including Al Audio2 functionality.
