Asus U45Jc

$899.00 Released July, 2010

Product Shot 1 The Pros:Attractive exterior design silver and black accents, not too flashy. 2 year global warranty from Asus, most consumer notebook manufacturers do not offer that. Good performance/price ratio, Core i processors and dedicated graphics at a very affordable price.

The Cons:Screen flex issue, lid is made from low quality materials with poor support. Poor wifi range due to antenna design. Subpar screen quality, thought it is a general issue for 14" 1366x768 displays, manufacturer's problem.

The Asus U45Jc laptop comes in the ultrathin range of laptops whilst still containing all the essentials for everyday computing needs. This laptop comes with an Intel Core i3-370M dual-core processor 2.40GHz rather than the single  CPU of the U41JF.

The 14" HD (1366x768) LED backlight display is larger than on the Asus U35 or Asus U31 series of laptops, providing a clear screen on which to view the integrated Intel HD graphics and Nvidia GeForce package.
