The Asus VW246H HD LCD monitor, released late in October of 2008, is 24 inch wide screen monitor capable of full native blu-ray resolution in 1920 x 1080. This is the widescreen version of the VK246H and contains many of the same technologies including built-in speakers, HDMI1.3 input and Splendid Video Intelligence Technology. This last piece of tech automatically adjusts the parameters of the monitor such as color, brightness and contrast to best accomodate the picture that is on the screen.
