"Hi, I was able to get the info from Panasonic U.S. They said it is definitely only 110v and only comes in NTSC and U.S Standard TV tuning. In other words, it would not work in Asian or European formats (since it won't accept a PAL signal). However, I think this TV is almost the same price in more

"Hi, I would like to know if the Panasonic Viera TH-50PZ800U can play PAL system DVDs. The panasonic website specs only mentions NTSC, but probably most modern systems have multi-system support. Also, does the unit have variable power? (110v to 220v). I would like to know more about this. Thanks"
