Baked Lays

Baked Lays is a crispy potato chip snack that is produced by Frito-Lay and was first introduced in 1996.  The chips were created as a healthier alternative to traditional potato chips since they are baked instead of fried.  The have only 1.5g of fat compared to 10g of fat in the equivalent fried chip serving.  Baked Lays is available in a variety of flavours including Original, Barbeque, Cheddar & Sour Cream, Sour Cream & Onion, and Southwestern Ranch.
