I found the best clay mask on the market and it’s by “Be Fine” food skin care (I’ve never heard of it). The box caught my eye, it has pomegranate seeds on the cover and I know not to judge a book by its cover, but it was intriguing.
I tried it for about 1 month (because I don’t apply it every day) before I decided whether to keep it or throw it away, but after the first use, I felt like I just came back from getting a facial at the spa. I don’t believe it is psychosomatic because visibly, my skin looks smoother and clearer. I touched my face and it felt smoother.
The company uses natural ingredients (fruits, vegetables and plants) and the natural proteins and vitamins purify the skin. For the health conscious folks reading this, the clay masks active ingredients include cardamom, arnica, and pomegranate, the box reads, "…rich in natural enzymes and humectants, Pomegranate stabilizes free-radicals. Cardamom and Arnica's antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties tone, soothe and heal." Does this sound too good to be true? Well it is good, and it is true. It extracts the dirt and oils from my face and after a month, I believe I no longer need my acne treatments. From now on, I’m not going to put anything on my skin that I can’t eat.
In my past experiences, I used lots of clay masks; the most effective one was an expensive kind that was Dead Sea mud. It was rather effective in that it cleared up my skin, but it burned and irritated my skin and had red blotches on my cheeks. My mother always said pain is part of beauty, but it shouldn’t be that painfully enduring. I had similar irritations from other clay masks at spas, but the Be Products clay mask is not like those others.
First, I washed my face before applying it. As I rubbed the clay on my face-immediately it started to feel warm, like hot towels on my face. I anticipated that I would soon feel the burning sensation, but as minutes went by the clay started to cool. When I washed it off the first time, it left my cheeks rosy and my face was glowing! My skin looked youthful and felt moisturized that I didn’t bother to put on moisturizing lotion.
If you also have sensitive skin, allergic to fragrances, and want to take excellent care of your skin, this is the product for you. It also says that it is good for all skin types. I will no longer buy the expensive junk in hoping that it would work, this spa in a bottle was found at CVS in RI and incredibly reasonable in price. I have renewed my faith in clay masks and converted to this unknown, new product line. Now, I must try their other Be Products.
I found that they have a website: http://www.befinefoodskincare.com
They are not selling their products online.
