Guinness is a popular Irish dry stout that originated in the brewery of ArthurGuinness (1725–1803) at St. James Gate, Dublin Ireland. Brewed in almost 50 countries and available in over 100, Guinness is one of the most popular beers in the world.

Guinness has a distinctive flavor burnt flavour which is derived from the use of roasted unmalted barley. The thick creamy head is the result of the beer being mixed with nitrogen when being poured. Guinness is frequently used as an ingredient in recipes.

Strongbow Cider

Strongbow is not quite a beer but a fermented cider manufactured in England. It is unique in that it is produced with a Royal Warrant. It contains apple concentrate and sugar. It is fermented with a controlled yeast strain.

The alcoholic strength of Strongbow in Canada is 5.3% ABV.

The cider is produced in Hereford by the English cider company Bulmers, part of Scottish and Newcastle, which in turn is owned by the Dutch brewer Heineken.

Stella Artois is a 5% ABV Belgian lager brewed in Leuven, Belgum since 1920.Stella is most notable for it's green beer bottle and white packaging around the neck. It's also served from a tap in a very specific way that requires you to cut the excess head with a knife and served in a chalice style pint glass. Stella Artois is available on draught and in several packaged sizes, including a 275 ml bottle, 284 ml bottle, 330 ml bottle, 330 ml can, 440 ml can, 500 ml can, pint size can known as "La Grande Bière" (568 ml), 660 ml bottle, 700 ml bottle, 985 ml bottle, and a 1 litre bottle.

Kilkenny is an Irish cream ale that originates from the city of the same name. Similar in appearance to Guinness - featuring its same thick and creamy head which is produced by mixing in nitrogen with a bobble/widget (in a can) or tap (when served from a Keg) - the flavour is much less pronounced, giving Kilkenny a superior drinkability. Blue Moon is a popular Belgian style witbier brewed by Coors Brewing company in Golden, Colorado. The beer is orange-amber in color with a cloudy appearance because it is unfiltered. Unibroue launched La Fin du Monde (the end of the world) in 1994 after a year and a half of research. It has a 9 percent alcohol by volume percentage and is a triple fermented beer utilizing a unique way of straining the yeast. This method produces an unexpectedly subtle flavour. It has a cloudy yellowish colour typical of a pale ale.

The beer is cold filtered which gives it a draft beer flavor when it comes in the bottle.
