"Ha ha!! I must say this is the ugliest, dumbest-looking thing around, except for its baby brother, plastic, disposable cousins (Zumo comes to mind). The name, for starters, kinda prepares you for something really lame. Big Ruckus? C'mon, how insecure were they about their product, that they had to try to find something "bold" (yeah, sure) to name it, to try to convince the most mentally-challenged that this was something other than a cheap little sissy's vehicle. Reminds me of the Suzuki Samurai, as they took a liitle compact car engine and chassis, and tried to disguise it as a real truck, so that the ladies would have something to drive they could actually manage. The Korean scooter company Kymco, which produces scooters at least as crappy as the Ruckus, tried competing in the stupid design and name departments, with the thing they called "Grand Dink"!!! Maybe it sounds awesome in Korean; in English, it just sucks... @Runamuckus: "Vespas are for chicks and euro pillow-biters": Ignorance at its most laughable. You should go tell the skinheads in England what you think about their bikes. You wouldn't last a minute, and they'd probably find one of their gang drunk enough to make YOU bite the pillow. Vespas were around decades before the japs started trying to copy, and flooded the market with cheapo, ugly bikes, that ended up in the hands of people like you. I guess you'd know what a pillow biter is, since you probably went: " Oh! Big (unuseful) wheels! Fake crash bars! A name composed of "Big" plus "Ruckus"!! I'll go buy this, so maybe people won't think I'm such a loser weakling anymore!! Maybe they'll even think I'm cool (if they drive a KIA)! Yay!!" Anyway, MOMA in NY has showcased a Vespa for years (great design), and they last a lifetime. Neither can be said of BR, or any other throw-away-as-soon-as-the-warranty's-over rice burner...
