Hi,
I was able to get the info from Panasonic U.S. They said it is definitely only 110v and only comes in NTSC and U.S Standard TV tuning. In other words, it would not work in Asian or European formats (since it won't accept a PAL signal).

However, I think this TV is almost the same price in China (but model number for Chinese is TH-50PZ800C).
