Bootie Pies are Ugg-like faux-sheepskin boots with the toes missing - tailor-made for pedicures. The idea is simple, once you have a pedicure, you don't want anything touching your newly painted toes, so as an alternative to thong sandals, you can wear boots without toes.

- Ugly as anything you've ever seen
- they actually look like a mutation of sorts, however have yet 2 try em, so maybe I can be convinced....

Pros
- spreads toes for better body alignment
- common yoga practice brought to everyday life
Cons
- weird looking
- uncomfortable
- I broke a bone in my foot the very first time I wore these sandals. 4 weeks on crutches and another 5 in a walking boot. These sandals are dangerous! The thongs aren't supportive - they're strings - so there isn't anything holding your foot in place.

- Can't put your foot through this after getting a pedicure without ruining it. Plus in winter your toes will freeze.
