Bosch Litheon 38636-01, released in 2008, is a 36V Brute Tough™ Cordless drill/driver. The 18V is a very high end category in the Bosch Litheon drill family. Its high torque mode produces over 600 in.-lbs. Its Durashield™ housing & unibody powertrain coating provides protection against the elements. It comes with Bosch Litheon™ 36V batteries – a high end kind. The batteries run on a flexible power system – where the battery can be matched to the application. It has 1/2" metal chuck and externally accessible brushes. It has a 15 position clutch and Bosch designed powertrain with metal gears.
