The Boss 506CA is an in-dash CD receiver with front panel aux input offered by Boss Audio. It has a detachable front panel which features an active black mask display and a front AUX input to easily enjoy music off any portable audio player using a standard headphone jack. The CD player can play CD, CD-R and CD-RW discs and has a CD mute function. To control the output sound, bass and treble are seperated and there are preset EQ response curves as well as balance and fader controls and stereo/mono and local/distance switches. It has RCA outputs and gives 40 watts of power to each of the 4 channel outputs.
