New pro/con: Weights are going to make a MINOR difference, but will not cure bad swings (no club can or should, but don't buy it thinking it is going to turn a banana slice into a pure drive down the gut)

"I set it up to hit a slight draw, and it served me reasonably well. I recently hit a friend's Cobra Speed F driver and he hit my R7. We each asked to trade, even though we loved our respective driver. I now hit the Cobra great, but that takes nothing away from the TM R7. more

I am an acknowledged gadget geek, always looking for the next cool item that will bring enhanced coolness, efficiency or enjoyment to my and my family's lives.

I tend to be an early adopter, and enjoyed being among the very first people I knew to own a portable CD player (Sony I got for high school graduation in 1988); DVD player (Sony I got for Christmas in December 1997); and HD television (Mitsubishi 65" in 2000).

I also am likely to be a resource when seeking information on golf equipment, racquetball equipment, cameras (digital and SLR),

While I love the toys, I am not the sort who throws money away just to say I own something, hence my reluctance to adopt Betamax back in the day, or HD DVD or Blu-Ray now.
