This port to the Nintendo DS is a significant addition to the DS's ever-growing library of games. Previously, the DS couldn't compete with the PSPs ability to handle 3D visuals, and Call of Duty 4 adds a much-needed element to the DS's library. Well received across the board, Call of Duty 4 for the DS is regarded as one of the best first person shooters for the DS.

"Simply said: I cant put this game down! I do not play war games however call of duty 4 for the nintendo ds has changed that for me. Every scenario has intense action with interesting plot lines. The graphics are well done and there is lots of voice snippets. Saves occur via checkpoints. Some of my favorite scenarios take place in a wild truck ride shooting baddies, and the ship scenario. There are also a few mildly challenging puzzles. If you like shooters or ever had interest in a war game buy this one!"
