I just bought the Canon DC100 video camera and I can't upload my video to my computer so I can burn them. Can anyone help me? Thanks, Tammy

Any reason why you can't upload them? Like, you're hooking up the camera to the computer correctly, is the computer recognizing the camera at all? What software are you using?
