The Canon FS10 is a camcorder capable of recording in dual formats: it has a built-in hard-drive for internal storage of 8 GB, and also is capable of recording onto SDHC memory cards. The camera features a 1/6" CCD sensor, resolving approximately one million pixels and capable of 16:9 mode. It comes in three recording modes for greater or lesser quality (and therefore corresponding file sizes). There is also a USB 2.0 output for quick file transfering. White balance is automatic, but pre-sets in tungsten, daylight and manual are also possible. The zoom lens is capable of 37x optical zoom, and 200x digital zoom. The LCD screen is 2.7".
