The Canon PIXMA iP4700 is an affordable photo inkjet printer offered by Canon designed for home use. It offers superior photo quality and features built-in Auto Duplex Printing for double sided printing. It is capable of printing a 9600 x 2400 maximum color dpi with a minimum droplet size of 1pl and uses a 5 individual ink tank system capable of printing borderless photos up to 8.5" x 11". It uses the ChromaLife100+ system giving photos a 300 year lifespan with select Canon ink and paper and stored in an archival-quality photo album. The Auto Photo Fix II feature within the popular Easy-PhotoPrint EX software allows for easy printing and photo correction. Other features include 2-way paper feeding and computer-free photo printing using a PictBridge connection.
