Canon PowerShot A720 IS

Canon PowerShot A720 IS comes with advanced features with the cost of an entry model digital camera. Digital Cameras have undergone much advancement in a short period of time, and Canon has responded by giving the PowerShot A720 IS high quality features at a base price. This is a compact still camera working with 8.0 Megapixel Charge Coupled Device. The zoom accomplishes 6X optically, 4X Digitally and 24X Combined. Additionally, this model comes with Optical Image Stabilizer System, reducing the difficulties found with capturing pictures on a 2.5 inch LCD monitor. (also equipped with a viewfinder for alternative use) The built in flash comes with Red-eye reduction and has a 10 second recycling time. AA-size batteries are used for power, which can be purchased as a rechargeable unit, while image storage is done through SD/SDHC Memory Card, MultimediaCard and other common type cards. Lastly, a bundle of shooting modes and photo effects can be done with the A720 IS, most notably is the Underwater mode.
