Successor to the EX-S770, the Casio EX-S880 offers many of the same features, upgraded slightly, in the familiar slim metal body. Over 30 scene modes, facial recognition software and video capture are all there, but optical image stabilization remains unavailable. The EX-S880 does have a scene mode that offers digital image stabilization for slow, hand-held shots. Reviews are mixed, with some calling the image quality "good to very good" and others claiming the camera is a step backwards from its predecessor.
