Cavalry's CAXR series is a line of five portable hard drives intended to satisfy basic consumer mobile storage needs. Available hard drive capacities are 80, 120, 160, 250, and 320 GB. Each CAXR model can utilize either USB 2.0 or, for greater speed, eSATA to transfer data and perform backups. A thin, compact form factor, aluminum case, and shock absorption aim to maximize portability. Cavalry's CAXR series has been superseded by CAXP, which offers a higher maximum capacity of 500 GB, as well as SSD options.
