The KEF Reference 204/2c is a high end center speaker aimed at hardcore audiophiles. This is an expansion of the KEF Reference 202/2c, with a total of 4 separate 6.5 inch low frequency drivers to fill out the low range better for detailed, loud bass. All other components are the same, including the use of a 6.5 inch Uni-Q midrange driver surrounding a 1 inch tweeter. The PSB Image C4 Center is a single Image Series speaker released as a successor to the 2008 Imagine Series and 2007 Synchrony Series. The Pioneer S-7EX is a high end three-way center channel loudspeaker from Pioneer's EX Speaker Series that has a maximum power output of 200 watts. The JBL SCS145.5 is a complete 6-piece home cinema speaker package that sports four 100w satellite speakers, a 100w center speaker, and a 100w subwoofer. Part of the JBL SCS series, the JBL SCS145.5 competes with the JBL CS480 from the JBL Cinema Sound series. The SCS145.5 is in fact a predecessor and downgrade from the CS480. The JBL SCS145.5’s satellite and center speakers, for instance, feature only a 3” midrange versus a 3-1/2” midrange. In addition, the JBL SCS145.5’s center speaker supports a sensitivity of only 86dB versus 88dB. Nevertheless, the JBL SCS145.5 does still maintain many similar qualities/features with its peer, such as a powerful 8” bass-reflex low-frequency subwoofer driver designed to produce quality beats that leave the room shaking, not to mention dual video-shielded midrange drivers for extra power and clarity. One major difference between the two models, however, is that the JBL SCS145.5 utilizes a much more lackluster design versus the CS480’s attractive, contemporary finish. The Polk Audio RM8 is a center channel loudspeaker which uses the motto: "Big Speaker Sound Without the Big Speaker". The Polk Audio RM8 is fairly small though the power it puts out is not remarkable for its size and it does not vary from the Polk Audio RM7 in anything significant except for price. It comes with a black (only one color available) non-resonant composite enclosure. The structural design is a three-sided cabinet focus to hopefully minimize its appearance on walls and shelves. The goal of the the RM7 design is for it to be unobtrusive and hidden. It comes with a cradle to make it easy to put it on a shield and measures 3-13/16" height, 9-7/16" width, 3-3/4" depth, the exact same size as the Polk Audio RM7. It is magnetically shielded, making it safe to place next to or near electronic equipment such as computers, computer monitors or TVs.

The PSB Platinum C2 Center is a center speaker built to work with the PSB Platinum home audio set. This is a smaller sized alternative to the PSB Platinum C2, and while constructed with similar elements is missing the mids found in the larger model. It comes in a black ash or cherry finish, and is built to lie flat on a shelf or optional stand. It features a 1 inch tweeter mounted in the center and a pair of 6.5 inch woofers on either side. This combination allows coverage of the 55 Hz to 33 KHz audio range on the center channel. The Infinity Cascade Model Three C is a center channel speaker for use with 5.1 through 7.1 channel systems. The speaker outputs up to 150W and uses two Maximum Radiating Surface (MRS) flat-panel drivers with a Ceramic Metal Matrix Diagram (CMMD), as well as a 1" CMMD tweeter. The CMMD has an aluminum layer inside of two ceramic layers, in order to provide the stiffness, but flexibility for both responsiveness, but not resonance. The Infinity Cascade Model Three C comes with a wall mount bracket and is magnetically shielded. The Paradigm Cinema 110 C is a compact center speaker that is a part of the Cinema 110 Compact Theater speaker system. The center speaker has an elongated shape designed to stretch out on the top of a TV. It includes such features as a 2-way acoustic suspension, 3rd order electro-acoustic crossover at 2.0 kHz, mineral-filled polymer enclosure, a suitable amplifier power range from 15 to 100 watts, and three choices of finishes: black, silver, or white. The Paradigm Cinema 110 Compact Theatre speaker system has been given good reviews, pointing out it doesn't often err, but when it does, it does it unobtrusively during the mellower sections of the sound instead of on the highs or lows where it would be more obvious. Since the full system gets good reviews for sound quality, the Paradigm Cinema 110 C compact center speaker can be assumed to be a decent buy.

The Polk Audio CS1 is a center channel loudspeaker that sprung out of the original Polk Audio "Monitor" series produced in the mid-1970s. The CS1 center speaker can work with with any Monitor Series speakers in a multi-channel system. A neodymium magnet, a standard for most sound devices works with a 1" Fabric/Polymer composite dynamic balance dome tweeter which serves the purpose of clarifying high frequency response for reproduction of vocals and instruments. A tuned flared port reduces "chuffing" port noise and increases the quality of the sound. Lightweight Bi-laminate composite dynamic balance drivers are used to create damping for high efficiency, bass, and lower distortions. It has a non-resonant all-MDF enclosure and reversible designed cabinents that can be turned upside down to aim up. The Boston Acoustics RS 223 LCR is a high-end speaker that can be used as a center channel horizontal sound bar or as a side channel speaker in a full surround sound setup. The PSB Platinum C4 Center is a center speaker built to work with the PSB Platinum home audio system. This is an upgrade option from the PSB Platinum C2, and features the addition of dual 3 1/2 inch midrange speakers. These have the same construction as the 6.5 inch woofers, also included, but use a smaller 10 ounce magnet. This helps to bridge the gap between the lower and upper frequency ranges, enabling a more precise rendering of the audio. The center tweeter is built with an aluminum dome to create a clear sound, and Ferrofluid is used to reduce distortion. The cabinet is built to shield the speakers from possible interference from cabling, and helps to give a deeper more resonant sound to the audio.

The Infinity TSS-CENTER4000 is a three-way center channel speaker from Infinity's Total Solutions series. The speaker features four 3.5" MMD woofers, two 3.5" MMD midrange drivers and a 3/4" MMD tweeter for handling up to 150 watts of power. It is designed to complement a flat panel television and can be position using either the included base or the included wall-mounting bracket. The Polk Audio RM7 is a center channel loudspeaker which uses the motto: "Big Speaker Sound Without the Big Speaker". The Polk Audio RM7 is fairly small though the power it puts out is not remarkable for its size. It comes with a black (only one color available) non-resonant composite enclosure. The structural design is a three-sided cabinet focus to hopefully minimize its appearance on walls and shelves. The goal of the the RM7 design is for it to be unobtrusive and hidden. It comes with a cradle to make it easy to put it on a shield and measures 3-13/16" height, 9-7/16" width, 3-3/4" depth. It is magnetically shielded, making it safe to place next to or near electronic equipment such as computers, computer monitors or TVs.

It is designed with Dynamic Balance polymer composite drivers that help reduce distortion and smooth wide range sound. A 1-inch silk/polymer dome tweeter is included to increase the detail of the sound. Magnetic shielding makes the speakers versitile by allowing it to be placed around computer equipment without risk of disruption or damage to the equipment. For cooling the CSi A6 speaker has low viscosity ferror-fluid cooling and a heat sink on the back of its neodymium magnet.
