This is pretty intense as someone who thinks iced tea is something that comes in a bottle from Nestea. How difficult is it too make? Does it taste better?

It's about as difficult as...well, getting out of bed in the morning. Seriously though, all I do is put the leaves in this thing at night, add water, stick it in the fridge, and the next day I have iced tea! Yes, it tastes way better. Think of it as the difference between a wine that comes out of a box vs. a good red wine (not that I have anything against boxed wines - I drank enough of it in college!). Or the difference between foodservice coffee and starbucks. Well, you get the picture.
