The Chicco KeyFit is a mid-grade infant car seat designed for safety, comfort and convenience. Chicco claims that the Keyfit carseat is the "#1 Rated Infant Car Seat in America!" The Keyfit seat includes a fully removable newborn insert that will allow the carseat to adjust as your baby grows; recommended use is for children from 4 to 22 pounds. For added safety the carseat also includes a padded 5 point safety harness; which is lined with energy-absorbing foam for extra comfort and safety. An easy installation system ensures the carseat fits snugly and easily into your vehicle through a spring assisted level foot, two precision bubble levels and a "center-pull" latch adjustment. As an added convenience the Keyfit carseat is also fully compatible with Chicco Ct. 0.1, Cortina, Trevi and S3 strollers.
