From ProductWiki, free unbiased product reports for the consumer.
Ben McConnell and Jacking Huba of the Church of the Customer blog examine the phenomena of social media in their book Citizen Marketers. Regular people are making a big difference in the marketplace and our culture making use of their broadband connection to the Internet. Blogs, wikis, forums, and social networking are ever-increasing channels of communication for people to express their views. Who are these people? And what motivates them? As a company you may or may not be tapping in to this trend, but either way it is affecting you right now.

ProductWiki is featured as a case study in this book. I provided him with some PW stats as part of his 1% rule exploration. I first heard about the Church of the Customer blog when they were one of the first to write about ProductWiki last year. Read the post.
