Mammut 10.5mm Performance Static

Mammut Performance Statik Rope is appropriate for a range of uses, from climb large large walls, to expeditions, to canyoneering, to caving. It has very low stretch and high strength (breaking strength of 34kN or 7544 lb). The rope has a double-pick sheath construction and is available in 100m and 200m lengths, for various applications.

Edelweiss Sharp 8.5mm Super EverDry is a half rope, a type of rope preferred by many climbers due to advantages such as drag and weight reduction, although in some situations its thinner diameter may be considered a drawback. Edelweiss’ design addresses this by making the rope Sharp Edge Resistant. The rope has a water-resistant, hydrophobic Super EverDry treatment and the Perdur treatment gives it 33% more abrasion resistance than untreated ropes of the same size.

The Bluewater 8mm Canyon Pro is a budget-conscious version of the Bluewater 8mm Canyon Extreme, ideal for less experienced climber and those not climbing in extreme conditions. It is constructed of Polyester Sheath and has the same Dyneema core as the Extreme model, contributing to a low torsion and low twist design. It should be noted that the Canyon Pro, like the Extreme, is unsuitable for lead climbing.

The 8.9 Serenity is in Mammut’s high end Challenge Line of ropes. At 52 grams per meter, it is a light rope and it can be used as either a Single or Half Rope. Its lightness results in low drag. It has a SuperDry treatment and Mammut’s Teflon Coating increases abrasion resistance, increases smoothness and reduces moisture. The rope also has TrioSafe marking, with markings 5 meters from each end and in the middle.
