The Coby DP1042 is a 10.4” digital photo frame with a TFT LCD display (800 x 600) laced across a classic wooden frame. The first of three models in the Coby DP line, the DP1042 features 1GB of internal flash memory that lets users store their photos, not to mention a full-size USB port for use with external flash memory drives. In addition, the DP1042 offers support for JPEG photo files, MP3/WMA music playback, and MPEG-4 (XviD), H.264, and Motion JPEG video playback. The DP1042 also features a calendar and clock with an alarm timer, integrated stereo speakers, a full-function remote control, a wall-mountable design, and support for SD, MMC, MS, xD, and CF memory cards. Plus, the DP1042 includes PC software for creating custom multimedia slideshows that include both rotating images and music. The Coby DP1042 is slated to drop sometime in 2009. No price is currently set.
