The Compaq Presario CQ56Z Series is a 15.6” High Definition LED widescreen laptop with HP BrightView technology released in January 2011. It comes preloaded with genuine Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit operating system and features built-in WiFi, optional Bluetooth and webcam and an ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4250 graphics card as standard.

Options include an AMD V-Series 2.3GHz processor with 512KB L2 cache in the base model, and a choice of either 2.2GHz, 2.4GHZ or 2.5GHz AMD Athlon series with 1MB L2 cache. 2GB DDR3 is found in the base model as well with the possibility of getting 3GB or 4GB instead(8GB maximum accepted), and for the hard drive you get 250GB @ 5400RPM with a free upgrade to 320GB, or the maximum sized 500GB. Connections include 3 USB 2.0 ports, VGA monitor output, RJ-45 port and 1 headphone jack, and your choice of either a SuperMulti 8X DVD+/-R/RW or LightScribe SuperMulti 8X DVD+/-RW optical drive both of which have double layer support. #compaq_presario_cq56z_series ok i just got one of these laptops yesterday, and it didnt come with a webcam. if i wanted one how much would it cost, and could it be installed into the computer? cause i realized theres a spot for it on the laptop itself.
