Introduced in early April 2009 the Voyager Port is an easy to use backup dock from Corsair. Featuring a single USB port and a single button, the Voyager Port transforms any regular USB key into an automated backup device when it is engaged. Software installed on the users computer automatically transfers the users most important data to be backed up on their cheaper, more reliable and more portable flash drive - compared to expensive, heavy and less durable mechanical external disk drives. Corsair claims that the vast majority of individuals can make use of the device as flash drives are forever growing in capacity and are already available in 64GB versions. Available immediately no MSRP was announced in the companies press release.
