Creative Live! Cam Sync

$25.00 Released December, 2009

Product Shot 1 The Pros:Has a slick modern looking design. Works without installing the included software, just plug and play. Picture is a reasonable resolution for Skype, looks good.

The Cons:Prone to locking up occasionally for a few seconds. Driver makes connection to mic and speakers awkward. Doesn't have a built-in microphone, need to coordinate with a separate one.

The Creative Live! Cam Sync is a budget-friendly, USB-based webcam designed for users who engage in lots of instant messaging. As a downgrade from the Live! Cam Socialize series, the Cam Sync hosts a weaker VGA CMOS sensor in addition to the light version of Creative Live! Central 2.
