The Daewoo DBP-1000 is a Profile 2.0 compliant Blu-Ray player with HDMI 1.3. It features 5.1 HDMI and analog audio output, 1080p DVD upscaling, and has 1080p/24p HD playback resolution. The DBP-1000 is compatible with MPEG-2, MPEG-2-HD, MPEG-4 and MPEG-4-HD codecs. It is capable of playing back Dolby Digital, Dolby Digital+, DTS, DTS-HD and PCM sound. The player also has a USB 2.0 interface, and component, composite and S-video outputs. The DBP-1000 comes with a blue-tinted front panel, while the DBP-2000 comes in black.
