new pro/con: has upgradable firmware to keep up to date with bug fixes
new pro/con: technical support respond very quickly and are very good
new pro/con: you need to be a technologically advanced to use this device
new pro/con: very very buggy. If using internal hdd, be prepared to perform regular scans/reinstalls due to disk corruption - do a google search to see all the problems

new pro/con: extremely slow to boot
