The Dazzle video capture by Pinnacle Systems offers USB1 video capture for the home user. There are two flavors offered, both will capture video up to 720x480 NTSC or 720x576 PAL, burn straight to DVD or store to the hard drive and include Pinnacle Studio for editing. The Platinum model is a step above allowing export to iPod, PSP, MPG4, DivX and most important has Hardware Encoders that allow the system to work on USB 1.1 ports2.
